Could be way better with a simple change

This app is, for me, the best available on the app store, for now. My main concern is to be able to follow my dogs weight and vaccination schedule.

My major concern: the date format. When we choose a date, we NEED to be able to choose the year! I had more than one year to enter and it was a pain. Also, how is the time of the day useful when entering a weight? Its not. Finally, a weight graphic view would be useful.

Affer, in the vaccination section, it would be nice to have the possibility to set a reminder in "x" months/year and the app would calculate it automatically based on the date the vaccine was given.
